10 uses for Vinegar

1. Disinfectant for hard surfaces.  Think bathrooms, kitchens, floors.

2. Fabric softener.  Add to your laundry instead of fabric softener.

3. Gum removal.  Soak gum in vinegar and then scrub with toothbrush.

4. De-greaser. Works great on stove tops!

5. Wash for fresh veggies. 1 tablespoon to 1.5 quarts water.

6. Deodorize garbage cans.

7. Removes mineral deposits.  Think coffee pot, shower head, planters.

8. Cleans your dog’s ears and helps reduce ear scratching.

9. Iron cleaner. Use equal parts vinegar and salt.

10. Helps remove acidic stains from clothing.  Think mustard, spaghetti sauce, catsup, and BBQ sauce.

Good list! I can’t think of anything not mentioned here. OH – cooking! lol Makes a yummy sweet and sour sauce! :)

Yes, I didn’t include cooking stuff. Hmm… maybe my next list post should be good vinegar recipes.
